INTRODUCTION
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks qualifications from firms to provide Design services for the Star Avenue Water Resiliency Project located in Callaway, Bay County, Florida. Phase I Design of this project includes, but is not limited to, the preliminary engineering designs and calculations, surveys, permitting, and notices.
SUBMITTAL DEADLINE/DELIVERY
SEALED SUBMITTALS for RFQ NO: 23-12 Design Services for Star Ave Water Resiliency Project will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 2:00 pm (Central Time) Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Submittals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Submittal is received on time.
Each Submittal shall be delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401, no later than the Submittal deadline.
