1. How do I check if the county has done a final roof inspection?

   wanting to check on the final roof inspection. contractor states it has been done. but, I don't trust them. where can I go to check this. thank you!

   Can we get Bay County to provide a list of legitimate contractors in our area? With the mass influx of predatory contractors coming in to 'help' Bay County residents, it would be helpful if you could list the contractors that were legitimately in business prior to the storm. It doesn't have to be ranked or anything but something to go on as well as listing the pictures and names used of people that have been arrested for scams.

   Can we get Bay County to provide a list of legitimate contractors in our area? With the mass influx of predatory contractors coming in to 'help' Bay County residents, it would be helpful if you could list the contractors that were legitimately in business prior to the storm. It doesn't have to be ranked or anything but something to go on as well as listing the pictures and names used of people that have been arrested for scams.

3. When are all the Trump and Pence signs are going to be taking down?

   I fill this is cleaning up the community by taking all of the Trump and Pence signs down. The election is over. Any of the past election signs should be taking down by now.

4. I would like to Bay County to consider putting in another beach flag warning pole at Public Beach Access

   I received notification that double red flags are flying at the beach today and I see on the Treasure Island condo webcam at least 15 people in the surf in the area of BA#4 near Schooners &Seychelles...

   I received notification that double red flags are flying at the beach today and I see on the Treasure Island condo webcam at least 15 people in the surf in the area of BA#4 near Schooners &Seychelles. Apparently, the flags at BA #3 are not prominent enough to that area of BA #4, and since that access is so popular, another pole is warranted. Condo and rental agents also need better education training to make flag warning notices part of their rental agreement packets.

   With all the new residential building in our neighborhood towards Lake Powell, create a new retention pond there and turn the present one into a park for our neighborhood, this would also stop the constant flooding into my house at 601 Pinetree. The present retention pond is neglected and my property suffers. HELP!

   With all the new residential building in our neighborhood towards Lake Powell, create a new retention pond there and turn the present one into a park for our neighborhood, this would also stop the constant flooding into my house at 601 Pinetree. The present retention pond is neglected and my property suffers. HELP!

6. Sell Dog Licenses to snow birds to allow them to take dogs on beaches.

   You could set time periods during the day, week and months. Easy source of income. This would also make the area more appealing to snowbirds!

7. Make the Small Craft public access point on S. Lagoon and Mystic Street more user friendly
