THEY MUST BE COMPLETE, SIGNED AND HAVE A LEGABLE EMAIL FOR CORRESPONDENCE.   APPLICATIONS MUST BE SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE CONTRACTOR AND MUST BE NOTARIZED.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
